This one is based on the common white bellied sea eagle commonly seen in the Eurobodalla.
This particular bird has hand formed wings; mig welded; hammered; dollied;Â and painted in rust preventative/clear over paint usual panel beating stuff.
The body is a mix of new and recycled steel.
It also features mother of pearl fish and beak hand-formed from the poachers’ middens on Tomakin Hill.
This bird can be flown from a pole or mounted from a balcony as I have done.
